# Lịch sử tặng/rút điểm

Khách hàng truy cập Modules Cửa hàng -> Chọn Menu Ví tích điểm -> Chọn Lịch sử tặng/ rút điểm để tra cứu lịch sử tặng điểm, rút điểm của khách hàng.

### **1.Tìm kiếm lịch sử tặng/rút điểm** <a href="#id-1.tim-kiem-lich-su-tang-rut-diem" id="id-1.tim-kiem-lich-su-tang-rut-diem"></a>

Tại màn hình danh sách Khách hàng, nhập thông tin muốn tìm kiếm tại ô Tìm kiếm > Hệ thống trả về dữ liệu phù hợp theo tiêu chí vừa thực hiện tìm kiếm.

Người dùng có thể lựa chọn tìm kiếm theo các trường như: Người gửi, người nhận, Ví tích điểm và Thời gian giao dịch.

### **2.Xuất file Excel** <a href="#id-2.xuat-file-excel" id="id-2.xuat-file-excel"></a>

Tại màn hình danh sách **Khách hàng** chọn icon **Xuất File Excel** ở góc phải màn hình.

Hệ thống hỗ trợ xuất excel lịch sử số dư ví, giúp người dùng tra cứu được lịch sử tăng giảm số điểm trong ví. Người dùng theo dõi được số điểm thay đổi và nội dung cộng hoặc trừ điểm. Ngoài ra họ cũng biết được nguồn điểm đến từ đâu hoặc đi đến đâu.&#x20;

Hệ thống hỗ trợ xuất excel danh sách tặng/rút điểm khách hàng xuống máy tính của người dùng.
